The Philadelphia Metropolitan Chapter held their Annual Installation and Holiday dinner on December 2, 2009 at Cescaphe Ballroom in Philadelphia.

Leslie Sellers, MAI, SRA, incoming National Appraisal Institute President, was in attendance and, with Mike Lagreca, MAI, 2009 Chapter President, presented Curt Silva, Chapter Member, with his MAI designation.

In addition, Mary F. Fox, MAI was awarded the Harrison Winder Award, and Valentino H. Pasquarella, Jr., SRA was honored with the Felice A. Rocca, Jr. Memorial Award.
